Physical Therapy🏃‍♀️

What is Pediatric Physical Therapy?

Pediatric Physical Therapy (PT) helps children build the strength, coordination, and movement skills they need to grow, play, and thrive. Whether a child is recovering from an injury, managing a developmental delay, or living with a neurological or orthopedic condition, our physical therapists are here to help them move more confidently and comfortably.

We work with children from infancy through adolescence, using fun, age-appropriate activities to support:

  • Gross motor skills like sitting, crawling, standing, walking, and jumping

  • Balance and coordination for everyday movement and play

  • Strength and endurance to support posture and physical activity

  • Range of motion and flexibility to improve comfort and mobility

  • Motor planning to help children learn how to move their bodies more effectively

Our goal is to help every child reach their fullest potential in a supportive, encouraging environment. We collaborate closely with families to create personalized therapy plans that fit your child’s needs—and celebrate every milestone along the way.

Whether your child was born prematurely, has a medical or developmental diagnosis such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, or torticollis, or simply needs extra support reaching motor milestones, our pediatric physical therapy team is here to help. We’re dedicated to meeting each child where they are and guiding them toward improved mobility, confidence, and independence through compassionate, individualized care.
